Bullying phenomenon has increased a lot in schools in the last few years. It didn't stop at being auditory, it went beyond this to become physical which caused more harm to students and led to many detrimental consequences. The poster below represents a Bridge Action Plan prepared to stop bullying between students in schools and teach them to respect each other's diverse cultural backgrounds. It shows all the steps to be followed by the school administration and staff in order to achieve this goal.
